What is a Task
A Task is a to do item, that you can create for yourself or your colleagues. A Task can be with or without a due date. It is a convenient way to track the things that you need to do, on a certain day, or just in general.

You can reassign a task to other users. You can add various business entities (Customer, Contact, Opportunity, Case, Bug, ...) to a task's reference list. You can attach notes and files to a task.
