This release brings a lot of usability enhancements, and UI improvements.
For Customer / Contact / Opportunity (Sales) / Case (Support) / Task
records, you can now specify the default link mode to be either the new
"Readonly View" or the traditional "Edit Page". In Readonly View, all the
related info regarding an entity is displayed in one page. For example
in a Support Case Readonly View , you can see the contact's phone and addresses, all the interactions regarding this Case, and all the notes and
tasks.
We've also added more portlets for the configurable front page. Like Latest
Knowledge (Support), Top Opportunities (Sales), etc.
Existing hosting customers automatically get this release. Existing license customers can email sales@ebsuite.com to get a free upgrade.
