This release brings important enhancements in the area of Support Ticket/Email integration.
If you have setup an email account with in the application, you can easily transfer the email content to create a new support ticket, or transfer as an update to an existing ticket. (You can add the sender of the email to your Contact repository).
When you are processing and/or closing a ticket, we also provide predefined
and configurable templates for email workflow.
Our application now porvides external tracking URL for all tickets regardless
of whether you have setup a self-service portal or not.
Existing hosting customers automatically get this release. Existing license customers can email sales@ebsuite.com to get a free upgrade.
