This release brings some major bug fixes and feature enhancements in the Sales Force Automation module.
In Opportunity management, we have added the email functionality similar to those in the Support Helpdesk module: you can convert an incoming email to a new or existing Opportunity, and track the email communications sent to Customers. You can predefine and use email templates.
You can specify multiple Contacts and their roles for an Opportunity. You can track Sales Team, and the roles for team members. The interface for dividing the sales credit among team members has also been improved.
You can track "Non Recognizable" revenue, or "pass through revenue" that goes to a partner vendor.
We have added a new predefine opportunity report : " Opportunity Reports based on sales team member".
Existing hosting customers automatically get this release. Existing license customers can email sales@ebsuite.com to get a free upgrade.
