It it now possible when you create a contact to directly attach him or her to an existing organization, you can even say what is the link between both.
Also if you start from an organization readonly view and want to create a new contact, this new contact will be, of course, attached to the company but you will have the possibilty to copy phone and postal address from the company to this new contact.
